Knife and kitchen safety rules
Please wear closed-toed shoes to reduce the risk of injury from spills or falling objects. Hair should be tied up or in a hat. Aprons are available for use, but feel free to bring your favorite along!
If you are not comfortable using a knife or any equipment in the class, be sure to let your instructor know. We are there to help and can provide modifications or assistance as needed.

Our plant-based classes are generally modifiable for those on a gluten-free diet, but we will need advance notice.
